Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Agreement

By creating an account or booking a cleaning through Gulaabi Clean, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What we provide

Gulaabi Clean is a booking platform for home-cleaning services in selected zones of Jaipur. We take your booking, assign a verified cleaner, and handle payment and support. You must be 18 or over to book.

Bookings and confirmation

You choose a service, any add-ons, an address, and a time slot.
Slots are limited. Placing a booking reserves a slot but does not by itself guarantee service.
Your booking is confirmed only once we have assigned a cleaner to it. Until then it is shown as pending. We will never show a confirmed slot without a real cleaner behind it.
We may decline or cancel a booking if your address falls outside a serviceable area, no cleaner is available, or the request is unsafe or unreasonable.

Pricing

Prices are fixed and shown in full before you confirm. The total is the service base price plus any add-ons you select. There are no hidden charges. The price shown at the time of booking is the price that applies to that booking, even if our catalogue prices change later.

Payment

You may pay online (UPI, card, and other methods offered by our payment partner Cashfree) or in cash to the cleaner at the time of service. Online payments are processed by Cashfree; we do not store your card or UPI details.

Cancellation and refunds

You cancel 3 hours or more before your slot — full refund, no charge.
You cancel within 3 hours of your slot— we charge 50% of the booking total and refund the remainder. This covers the cleaner's reserved time.
No-show — if nobody is available to give the cleaner access at the booked time and we were not told in advance, the booking is treated as completed and no refund is due.
We cancel your booking, for any reason — you receive a full, immediate refund. No charge, ever. This applies even if we cancel at the last minute.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Cashfree. Bank processing times vary and are outside our control. Cash bookings that are cancelled simply incur no charge.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate address and contact details.
Ensure someone can give the cleaner access at the booked time.
Provide a safe working environment, and secure valuables, cash, and fragile items before the cleaner arrives.
Treat cleaners with respect. We may refuse service for abusive or unsafe behaviour.

Service quality and liability

We select and verify the cleaners we assign, and we want every clean to be right. If you are not satisfied, contact us promptly and we will try to put it right — for example by arranging a re-clean or an appropriate refund.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

Ratings and feedback

After a completed booking you may rate the cleaner and leave a comment. Please keep feedback accurate and respectful; we may remove content that is abusive or unlawful.

Account suspension

We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, repeatedly fails to provide access at booked times, or breaches these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
