Account & Data Deletion

You do not need the app installed to make this request.

• Email support@gulaabiclean.in from any address, with the subject “Delete my account”.
• Include the phone number your account uses — it is the only thing that identifies your account to us.
• We verify the request by sending a one-time code to that number, so that nobody else can delete your account.

You can also request deletion by phone or WhatsApp on ⚠ TO FILL IN — support phone number.

We acknowledge the request within 2 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If you have a booking that has not happened yet, we will confirm whether you want it cancelled first — deleting your account cancels any upcoming booking, and the refund policy applies to it as normal.

• Booking and payment records — Indian tax and accounting law requires us to retain transaction records for a statutory period. These are kept in a restricted financial record and are no longer linked to a usable account. We keep the amount, date and service — not your address book or your device tokens.
• Records under an open dispute — if there is an unresolved payment dispute, complaint or legal claim, the related records are retained until it is closed.

Nothing retained is used to contact you or for marketing after deletion.

Some data is deleted automatically, whether or not you close your account:

• Cleaner location during a job— collected only while a job is in progress, shown only to that booking's customer, and deleted the moment the job is marked complete. No location history is ever kept.
• Before/after job photos — automatically purged 90 days after the job.
